USCCU Members & Family,

The safety and well-being of our employees, members, and community will always be our top priority. We have closely monitored the response to COVID-19 as we make plans to move forward with credit union operations.

Our branch lobbies will resume normal business hours and operations effective Monday, May 11, 2020.

The USCCU Branch in the Estes Kefauver Federal Building will remain temporarily closed.

We are happy to assist you inside our branch lobbies but understand not everyone is ready to walk through the doors just yet. You can continue to bank with US from the safety of your own home or vehicle.

You CAN Do It All

  • Visit us at our drive-thru & ATM locations.

  • Use our online services or Mobile App, which allows you 24/7 access to your account information from your computer, tablet, and smartphone.

  • Call our Member Service Line for assistance at 615-256-8712.

  • Deposit checks using our secure Mobile Deposit Capture function on our mobile application.

  • Use our Night Deposit Box to deposit money or send documents to your account without having to go in-branch or use the drive-thru.

What to Expect When Visiting Us In-Branch

If you choose to visit us inside our lobby, we look forward to serving your financial needs. Please help as we take the #TNPledge and commit to social distancing while visiting our branches.

  • USCCU employees will be wearing face coverings.

  • We are only allowing two people per family or group into the branch. If you have children or others with you, please use the drive-thru to conduct your transactions.

  • Our Kids Area is CLOSED.

  • We will not be serving popcorn, water, or coffee.

  • Branch locations are under a strict cleaning schedule, which includes all surfaces, pens, signature pads, drive-thru materials, and door handles.

We feel fortunate to have the support of our members. We thank you for your patience and look forward to continuing to serve you in-branch, through our drive-thru, over the phone, and via our online and mobile platforms.
