With our local number and your (PIN) Personal Identification Number, you can access your credit union accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Make sure to use the correct account ‘type’ numbers as shown on your credit union monthly statement.

Telephone Teller Access Information

Using a ‘TOUCH TONE’ telephone dial 256-2066 (or) Toll-Free 1-877-899-9088. You may press any menu number as soon as the 24 Hour Teller answers your call. Following is the system menu: 

Account Information Press 1
Get account balances and history, tax and IRA information, loan balances, and credit card information

Financial Transactions Press 2
Transfer money between checking and savings, make loan payments, complete cross account transfers (transfers to other accounts), and pay your credit card

Member Services Press 3
Re-order checks, place stop payments on checks, access financial calculators, and change your PIN

Credit Union Information Press 4
Check branch hours and locations, ATM and shared branching information, get information on identity theft protection and how to obtain your credit score, and learn about our smart phone app
