New Online Banking

US Community Credit Union is moving to a new Online Banking System on Friday May 12.

**ATTENTION** Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Bill Pay, and e-Statements will all be down from 3:00 PM Thursday May 11 till 9:00 AM Friday May 12 due to the new system conversion.

**ATTENTION** The Mobile App and Mobile Deposit will be down from 3:00 PM Thursday May 11 till midday Monday May 15, and will require a new app to be downloaded to your mobile device.

We've heard your requests loud and clear. New enhancements to our Online Banking System are coming soon, and we think you're going to be impressed.

What's changing?

  • New Online Banking System - Updated look and feel incoporating a more user friendly experience. Request check stop pays or check copies right from Online Banking.
  • New Bill Payment Service - Set up merchants to send e-bills into your online banking account automatically. Set alerts to remind yourself to pay bills on time, and even choose to expedite your payment, if needed, for participating merchants. 
  • New e-Statement System - Now enjoy up to 18 months of account history.
  • New Mobile App - More streamlined and easier to use. Login with your iPhone using Touch ID for added convenience and security. Check account balances, make transfers, deposit checks, and find branches and ATMs. Plus gain access to External Account Transfers and PopMoney (see below for more info on these new products). 
  • New Personal Finance Manager - Trends is a new personal finance manager, which will replace SNAPSHOT. Automate your spending and expense tracking while setting budgets and savings goals to make financially savvy decisions. This includes loading your information from other financial institutions, credit card accounts, and more to view all your accounts and financial habits in one place! 


New Products

  • External Account Transfers - Transfer to and from your accounts at US Community Credit Union with your accounts at different financial institutions.
  • PopMoney - Send, request, and receive money quickly and easily. Popmoney is a money transfer service that will let you securely send and receive funds via email or text to and from family, friends, roommates, or just about anyone else. 
  • Online Wire Requests - Need to make a wire transfer? Just request it through Online Banking!
  • Access to Mint - Our new Online Banking System will now give members access to Intuit's 3rd party financial apps like Mint and Quick Books.

Current Bill Pay Users

The Bill Pay system will get an upgrade which provides you with better service, the ability to get eBills, and alerts to schedule upcoming bills. All of your current Bill Pay merchants will be transferred to the new Online Banking system.

Mobile App Users

Our Mobile App will be upgraded and you will be required to download our new app. Our current app will no longer work beginning May 11. The new Mobile App will be available to download on Monday, May 15.

Mobile Deposit Users

Mobile Deposit will now be included in a single login in our new app. You will no longer need a second login to access Mobile Deposit. Our current app will no longer work beginning May 11. The new Mobile App with new Mobile Deposit will be available to download on Monday, May 15.

e-Statement users

Current e-Statement users will be converted to our new provider which now provides up to 18 months of statement storage. For e-Statement users who don't use Online Banking, we will have a separate website login to receive your statements.

SnapShot Users

SnapShot will be discontinued with the conversion and all previously setup accounts will not be converted to the new Online Banking platform. Our new system Trends will be available and you will need to re-enroll your accounts. Don't forget to add your budgets and goals!
