A security update for our Mobile App will go into effect on June 28. To avoid access issues, please ensure your contact information is up-to-date on your US Community Credit Union account. Contact US at 615-256-8712, or login to your account through online banking to verify:

  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Physical/Mailing Address

NOTE: If you are currently receiving one-time passcodes when accessing your account through the online browser, your phone number is up-to-date, and there is nothing further you need to do at this time. However, it is always good to review your contact information on a periodic basis.

What does this mobile app update mean?

Effective June 28, you will notice a change the next time you login to your USCCU mobile app. This change, which has been implemented as an additional security feature, will:

  • Require you to setup a one-time passcode verification before you can access your account.
  • At login, you will be sent a verificatoin code via text message or through a phone call to the phone number connected to your USCCU account.
  • The mobile app will prompt you to enter the code before granting you access to your account.

What will this do?

Once you have completed this one-time process, you will receive a text/phone call verification code in the future should you ever have trouble logging into your mobile app. This will take the place of answering security questions.

USCCU PHONE & ONLINE SAFETY REMINDER:

US Community Credit Union will never call and ask you to provide any passwords, user names, or text verification codes over the phone or via email. If you receive a phone call from someone asking for any of this information, hang up immediately as it is likely a scam.
